The latest research by End Fuel Poverty Coalition, published in 2025, has shown that 9.4% of London households are experiencing fuel poverty. Fuel poverty impacts heavily on the health and well-being of some of London’s most vulnerable residents, including families with young children and the elderly. Our Green Doctors supported over 3,300 households in London last year helping people to reduce their energy bills, improve their wellbeing and save energy.

Groundwork is a charity working nationally and regionally to transform communities across the UK. We help people gain confidence and skills, get into training and work, lead more active lives and overcome significant challenges such as fuel poverty, isolation, skills gaps and poor health. For over 20 years Green Doctors have been helping residents stay warm and well while saving money on their household bills through our free service.
