If you use British Sign Language (BSL), we can provide free energy-saving advice via video call with a BSL interpreter.
Language interpreters for non-English speakers are also available.

Helpful tips on filling in the Green Doctor Appointment Form
If you are filling in the form for someone else, like a resident or service user, please select someone else. If you are filling in the form for yourself, a family member or friend please select myself.
If you are booking an appointment for someone else, you will be asked for your details at the bottom of the for.
Once you have entered the postcode and the box “Please tick here to confirm the postcode is correct” is selected, a drop-down list appears. Here you need to choose the address from this list.
